    - Conducted independent research with the above focus 

    - Supervised and trained multiple undergraduates for multiple year periods    

    - Setup and maintained new laboratory equipment

    - Taught 3 courses of regular Integrated Science and 2 courses of Honors          
      integrated Science representing 135 students. 

    - Prepared all lesson plans, class assignments, and regular examinations 

    - Executed classroom management plan effectively to make a safe            
      classroom environment for all students.

      ranging from advancement in course material to disciplinary measures.
